This Master Policy consolidates and governs all terms, licenses, disclaimers, privacy obligations, refund rules, AI usage terms, enterprise provisions, and white‑label conditions for Digital Wolf Nexus™.

It applies to all products, services, AI agents, applications, courses, prompts, templates, images, communities, software, and digital assets (collectively, the “Products”).

By purchasing, accessing, downloading, deploying, or using any Product, you (“User,” “Customer,” “Licensee”) agree to be legally bound by this Policy.

1. NATURE OF PRODUCTS (DIGITAL & EDUCATIONAL)

All Digital Wolf Nexus™ Products are:

• 100% digital (no physical goods)

• Educational, informational, and operational support tools

• Designed for business strategy, marketing, automation, content creation, and AI‑assisted workflows

• Delivered via platforms such as Skool, Gumroad, Notion, email, SaaS tools, or partner platforms

No Product guarantees income, results, performance, or success.

AI‑generated outputs are probabilistic and require human review prior to use. You remain solely responsible for all decisions, actions, implementations, and outcomes.

2. NO REFUND & DIGITAL DELIVERY POLICY (FTC‑REQUIRED)

🔒 ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Because Products provide instant digital access, all sales are final and non‑refundable once access, download, or deployment is delivered.

Limited Exceptions (Sole Discretion)

Refunds may be considered only if:

• A duplicate charge occurred, or

• A verified technical failure prevented delivery and was reported promptly

If any content is accessed, downloaded, or deployed, the purchase is deemed fulfilled.

Chargebacks

Unauthorized chargebacks constitute breach of contract and may result in:

• Immediate access revocation

• License termination

• Legal recovery of damages and fees

3. STANDARD LICENSE (DIGITAL EULA)

Upon purchase, you receive a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license.

You MAY:

• Use Products internally in your business

• Use outputs in client work

• Use files for internal workflows

You MAY NOT:

• Resell, redistribute, share, copy, or leak Products

• White‑label, rebrand, or claim ownership

• Create derivative or competing products

• Reverse‑engineer prompts, logic, or systems

• Upload Products to public libraries or repositories

• Use Products to create courses without written permission

Ownership never transfers.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All Products, systems, prompts, agents, frameworks, images, designs, trademarks, and brand assets are the exclusive intellectual property of:

Protected marks include (not limited to):

5. AI AGENTS & SYSTEMS TERMS

All AI Agents are:

• AI‑assisted support tools

• Not autonomous decision‑makers

• Not substitutes for professional judgment

AI License

You may use outputs commercially, but you may not:

• Resell or expose the Agent itself

• White‑label or rebrand without license

• Reverse‑engineer system logic

You assume all responsibility for verification, edits, compliance, and implementation.

6. NO GUARANTEES & DISCLAIMERS (CRITICAL)

Nothing provided constitutes:

• Financial advice

• Legal advice

• Medical advice

• Professional consulting

We make no guarantees regarding:

• Income or revenue

• Sales, leads, or conversions

• Platform approval

• Accuracy of AI outputs

Results vary based on skill, effort, market conditions, and execution.

7. FTC & MARKETING COMPLIANCE

You agree NOT to:

• Make income or performance guarantees

• Fabricate testimonials or results

• Mislead consumers

• Violate advertising or platform rules

Affiliate relationships may earn commissions without increasing your cost.

8. PROHIBITED USE

Products may not be used to:

• Mislead or deceive

• Automate illegal or harmful activity

• Circumvent safeguards

• Repackage into courses or tools without license

Violations may result in immediate termination and legal action.

9. COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

Zero tolerance for:

• Harassment or hate speech

• Spam or solicitation

• Sharing proprietary content

Access may be revoked without refund to protect the community.

10. PRIVACY POLICY (SUMMARY)

We collect minimal data required for:

• Purchases and access

• Support and compliance

Payments processed via Stripe / Gumroad (PCI‑compliant). We do not store card data.

Rights under NZ Privacy Act, GDPR, and CCPA are respected.

11. WHITE‑LABEL & ENTERPRISE ADDENDUM (PAID ONLY)

Only users with a paid White‑Label or Enterprise License may:

• Rebrand Products

• Resell outputs

• Deploy systems for clients

Raw prompts, logic, and architecture may never be resold.

Digital Wolf Nexus™ retains all underlying IP.

12. ENTERPRISE AI APPLICATION LICENSE

Enterprise Licensees:

• Are solely responsible for hosting, security, compliance, and end users

• Act as the data controller for client data

• Must comply with all applicable laws (GDPR, NZ Privacy Act, CCPA, etc.)

Liability is limited to the amount paid in the prior 12 months (where permitted by law).

License Grant (AI Agent EULA)

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Agent.

You MAY:

✔ Use Agent outputs in your business

✔ Use outputs for client work

✔ Customize workflows for internal use

✔ Combine Agent outputs with human decision-making

You MAY NOT:

❌ Resell, redistribute, share, or leak the Agent itself

❌ White-label or rebrand the Agent or its logic

❌ Claim ownership of the Agent

❌ Reverse-engineer prompts, logic, or system design

❌ Publish Agents or prompts to public repositories

❌ Create competing AI tools derived from the Agent

Ownership of all Agents remains with Digital Wolf Nexus™.

13. TERMINATION & ENFORCEMENT

Access may be terminated immediately for:

• License violations

• Unauthorized sharing or resale

• Chargebacks or fraud

No refunds apply upon termination.

14. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES

This Policy is governed by the laws of New Zealand.

Disputes are resolved via binding mediation or arbitration, with international enforcement permitted.

All Products are provided for educational purposes only.

Nothing provided constitutes:

• Financial advice

• Legal advice

• Medical advice

• Professional consulting

We make no guarantees regarding:

• Income or revenue

• Sales or business growth

• Performance, reach, or engagement

• Accuracy or suitability of AI-generated outputs

Results vary based on skill, effort, market conditions, and implementation.

Use of Products is at your own risk.

15. ACCEPTANCE

By purchasing or using any Digital Wolf Nexus™ Product, you confirm that you:
