This Master Policy applies to all products, services, AI agents, applications, prompts, templates, courses, software, downloads, communities, and digital assets (“Products”).

By purchasing, accessing, or using any Product, you agree to these terms in full.

1. PRODUCT NATURE

All Products are 100% digital, educational, and informational in nature, focused on AI, automation, marketing, and business systems, delivered via platforms such as Skool, Substack, direct download, or proprietary systems.

No guarantees of income, results, or business success are provided. AI outputs require human review and validation. You are fully responsible for implementation and outcomes.

2. EDUCATIONAL PURPOSE ONLY

All content is strictly for educational and informational use only and does not constitute financial, legal, tax, medical, or investment advice. Any examples or results shown are illustrative only and not guarantees.

3. LICENSE & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All Products, systems, frameworks, prompts, and materials remain the exclusive intellectual property of Smart Tech Academy / Digital Wolf Nexus AI™.

You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Products.

You may use them within your business, for client work, and internal workflows.

You may not resell, redistribute, white-label without permission, claim ownership, reverse-engineer systems, or create competing products.

4. AI DISCLAIMER

AI tools are assistive only. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and validating all outputs before use. Commercial use is permitted only within your license rights.

5. REFUND POLICY

All sales are final due to instant digital delivery. No refunds except in cases of duplicate payment or verified access failure reported immediately. Chargeback abuse will result in access termination and recovery action.

6. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree not to use any Products for deceptive, illegal, or harmful activity, nor to resell or recreate materials outside of your license rights. Violations may result in termination and legal action.

7. EARNINGS DISCLAIMER

You may not claim authorship, resell the license, sublicense, or create competing licensing systems. You assume full responsibility for marketing, delivery, compliance, and customer outcomes. The Product is provided “as-is” with no guarantees of results. Breach of terms results in immediate termination.

12. INTERNATIONAL USE

Products may be accessed globally. You are responsible for compliance with your local laws and regulations.

13. GOVERNING LAW

This agreement is governed by the laws of New Zealand. Disputes will be resolved via mediation, then binding arbitration where necessary.
